Executive Breakthrough Strategy

Efforts in creating a superior strategy are fruitless without successful and skillful implementation. Executing Breakthrough Strategy will teach you how to effectively implement change in a strategic direction by understanding and addressing the internal and external obstacles. The program offers practical frameworks to enable you to plan and execute implementation, as well as develop an action plan for challenges specific to your organization’s needs. You will also gain a greater understanding of leadership communication and EQ, which will facilitate overcoming resistance, and leverage corporate culture to best advantage.

Participant Profile
Upper-level executives: Those in corporate or divisional roles responsible for leading the execution of strategic business decisions with significant organizational impact.

A Day in the life Of Executing Breakthrough Strategy: Each day begins at 8:00 a.m. with time to reflect on the previous day’s learnings, and followed by a general lecture/discussion session. Most sessions continue throughout the morning with small group meetings and reconvene in plenary before lunch. After lunch, your workday will continue with a general session, small group meeting or discussions in the auditorium. Evenings include personal preparation and peer coaching. Social events and special dinners are planned throughout the program. Executive Well-Being is offered each night, and includes a fitness/nutrition program and a variety of physical activities.
