Upper-level executives: Executives in corporate headquarters, strategic planning or within divisions who are responsible for generating strategic options and determining business direction.
A Day in the life Of Creating Breakthrough Strategy: Each day begins at 8:00 a.m. with lecture/discussion and reflection on the previous day’s learnings, on such topics as: Strategic Leadership, Developing Competitive Insight and Creating a Winning Proposition. Sessions continue with small group assignments, and to share insights. After lunch, your workday will continue with a general session, smaller group meeting or discussions in the auditorium. Evenings include interactive small group work and your personal case preparation. Social events and special dinners are planned throughout the program. Executive Well-Being is offered each night, and includes a fitness/nutrition program and a variety of physical activities.
