Participant Profile
Mid-level executives and High-potential managers: Executives in a corporate or divisional marketing function looking to enhance their capabilities and depth of expertise, or executives from other functions seeking greater understanding of marketing strategies, issues and solutions.

A Day in the life Of Marketing Management: Strategies, Processes and Tools: Each morning begins at 8:30 a.m. with a general group session. Each day addresses a different aspect of marketing, such as: Segmenting your Market; Analyzing your Competitors; Creating Market-Focused Strategies; Competitive Market Strategies; Common Pitfalls in Marketing Decision Making. Evening Marketing Clinics, small group sessions where participants explore their personal cases, allow participants to take the day’s insights and apply them immediately to their organizational situation. During the final Marketing Clinic, participants forecast possible barriers to implementation of their action plan and devise proactive solutions with their groups to overcome problems and ensure success for themselves and their organization. Every afternoon has a Reflection session where participants enter the key learnings of the day into their Learning Journals. Executive Well-Being is offered each night, and includes a fitness/nutrition program and a variety of physical activities.
