Emerging Leader Development Program

Designed for high-potential leaders and those who have been targeted to assume significant managerial responsibilities, the Emerging Leader Development Program provides valuable tools to develop the skills necessary to ensure future success on both the individual and organizational levels. Our program introduces the integration of strategy creation and leadership development—both in theory and practice—and offers a highly interactive learning environment that inspires forward thinking and self-reflection. You will acquire skills in decision-making, coaching and negotiation, and learn to effectively manage conflict, culture and change. Through a personal action plan, you will build on the foundation of your leadership capabilities and begin to integrate a strategic perspective within your approach to managing challenges and opportunities.
