Upper-level executives: Executives who have experienced or will soon undergo the transition from a functional to a general management role, who seek greater competency in leadership across functions.

A Day in the life Of Executive Development Program: Transition to General Management
A typical day will begin with an 8:30 am general session in the auditorium. Most sessions continue throughout the morning with small group meetings and reconvene in plenary before lunch. After lunch, your workday will continue with a general session, small group meeting or discussions in the auditorium. As the afternoon sessions come to a close, you are encouraged to reflect on the day’s learnings and document your insights and observations in your Learning Journal. Evenings include special presentations, interactive workshops, personal preparation and small group discussions. Social events and special dinners are also planned throughout the program. Executive Well-Being is offered each afternoon, and includes a fitness/nutrition program and a variety of physical activities.
