Highlights of MBA

Designed for high-potential managers who wish to accelerate their development as an executive and a leader, the Fundamentals of Management offers key concepts, frameworks and tools essential to career success. Our program stretches your abilities to maximum potential through simulations, case discussions, workshop activities and exercises that apply ideas to actual business challenges. You will be provided with sophisticated assessment and feedback tools to identify and address opportunities for improving leadership communication and individual and organizational performance. A Day in the life Of Fundamentals of Management: Highlights of an MBA: A typical day will begin with a Learning that Powers Performance® session which will help crystallize and capture individual insights, generate new insights through group discussion, integrate concepts discussed during the program, and discuss how to practically apply those insights to business situations. After this time of reflection and discussion, you will then attend your AM general session in the auditorium. Most sessions continue throughout the morning with small group meetings and reconvene in plenary before lunch. After lunch, your workday will continue with a general session, small group meeting or discussions in the auditorium. Evenings include special presentations, interactive workshops, personal preparation and small group discussions. Executive Well-Being is offered each night, and includes a fitness/nutrition program and a variety of physical activities. Social events and special dinners are planned throughout the program.
