is the Managing Consultant of
MCS Consulting. An Accountant
by profession; he is an experienced
business development consultant.
He has worked on major World
Bank projects; building capacity
for Business Associations and
Small Medium Enterprises. He
is currently the Resident Consultant
in Nigeria for the Confederation
of Danish Industries (DI) handling
all executive and administrative
matters as it relates to their
World Bank/IFC partnership projects
in Nigeria. Prior to establishing
MCS Consulting, he opened up
chains of International Trade
and Networks for Global Ventures
and Investment Limited.
With KPMG
LLP’s Assurance
services in the United States,
Mr. Imoukhuede maintained a
client service professional
position. He conducted the development
and establishment of an Inventory
Control Unit for a global food
Importer. He has also worked
on Financial Statements Analysis
engagements for several clients
across the United States.

Mr. Okubanjo
is a Principal Partner with
MCS Consulting. He is a Human
Resource Management Consultant
by profession and an Associate
Member of the Global
Society of Human Resource Executive
(SHRM).
His experience in this field
spans from a good working knowledge
of Human Resource Information
Systems (HRIS) to that of Benefits
Development and Implementation.
He has also worked with Atalanta
Corporation, NJ which is one
of the largest food importer
and distributors in the United
States as Analyst.
Among his job duties were sales
analysis and forecasting, inventory
control and research into new
product development.
He has a Bachelor of Science
degree (magna cum laude) in
Business Management from Rutgers
University, New Jersey, USA.

| Banké Ige
started her hospitality career
in the UK 10 years ago working
for Quality Hotels, part of
the “friendly” group
during her University degree
in business and computing. She
has since worked in areas including
front and back of house from
entry level to management position.
She currently is the National
Account manager for “The
Training School,” UK our
(International hospitality training
affiliate) looking after the
needs of all the hotels, independent
bars and restaurants within
the UK and other emerging markets.

| Mr. Adedotun Adekoya
is an Associate Director with
MCS Consulting. An MBA Banking
and Finance graduate with over
15 year’s industry experience
in Treasury Management, Trust
Asset Management, Financial
Planning Products & Services
and Retirement Benefits Scheme.
He is currently the Head, Funds
and Investments for HNB Trustees
Limited.
Mr. Adekoya has over the years
gained a deep knowledge of the
financial market and is very
astute with in the management
of financial asset and pension
fund asset. A core competence
that has earned him numerous
invitations to design and deliver
course modules and seminar papers
for the Association of Pension
Funds of Nigeria, Nigerian Employer
Consultative Association and
other industry bodies.
He is a member of the Chartered
Institute of Stockbrokers
and the Equipment
Leasing Association of Nigeria.
He is a lead faculty member
of the MCS Learning Faculty.

| Mr. Adewumi
is an analyst with MCS Consulting
research unit. He holds a Bachelor
of Science degree in Banking
&Finance from the University
of Ado-Ekiti. Aside conducting
research and processing data
he also develops business, marketing
& strategy plan for clients
and also assist with clients’
implementation of this plans.
Before joining MCS Consulting,
Mr. Adewunmi worked with the
payroll unit of the Pipelines
and Products Marketing Company
(PPMC), Kaduna.
While there, he created a computerized
process flow for loan advances
and documentation.

Before joining MCS Consulting,
she was a Bank
Associate at Societe Generale
Bank and was

desk.
